I'm a podcaster.
I’ve been creating new podcast episodes since 2014, taking songs that are playing on the radio and pointing my listeners back to God’s Word. My podcasts are not an editorial on the song. Sometimes, I share the back story if I can find it, but I never lose sight of what is really important — getting into God’s Word and letting Scripture speak louder than any lyric.
I'm a Cajun.
I’m a Cajun girl living in Louisiana, but I was born and raised in Idaho. I have been a follower of Christ for as long as I can remember, which has shaped my life the most. I am married to a strong, godly man with an entrepreneurial spirit and seemingly unlimited reserves of support for me. I have two gorgeous, creative, girls who keep me busy and inspired.
I'm a Bible nerd.
While I only have one year of Bible College under my belt, I read the Bible...a lot. I also have the habit of reading a theology book, noticing a quote by another author, and then reading that book. While I've fallen in love with theology and deep study, I also want to bring the balloon down for others to make it simpler to consider and ponder deeper things. Here's a link to My Beliefs.
The lake is my happy place.

That's what Story Sessions are all about. Introducing you to great Christian literature and then harnessing the power of story to unlock the mystery of God's Word.
Story Sessions are online sessions embracing the themes introduced through story and guiding us to study God's Word.
Do I have to read the book to gain insight from the Story Sessions?
Not at all! The stories are the launching point for me to write the Story Sessions, but you may get inspired to read the book by going through the sessions, OR you choose to go through the sessions because you've read the featured book.
However, if you have read the book, you will have story pegs to hang your new Bible knowledge on to help you remember what you've studied.
Do you offer free Story Sessions for me to try before I purchase access to more?
